Non-Billing Fee: This is available for those patients who qualify for our sliding fee price at the time of their visit. We accept cash and credit/debit cards (MC/VISA); however, we do not accept personal checks.

Washington State Medical Coupons: We also accept DSHS medical coupons. Washington State is one of the few states that will pay for an abortion procedure. The coupon will also cover birth control for up to one year after the procedure in most cases. You do not have to be in "dire poverty" to qualify, as this is considered an "emergency medical procedure."

Please call us for more information regarding how and where to apply for medical coupons (or you can call the DSHS hotline at 1-800-770-4334 or, if you are under 19, at 1-877-980-9131). Most pregnant women will qualify, especially military personnel and students.

Military & Student Discount: Available for surgical abortions only with proper military or student photo identification.

Insurance: Many insurances are accepted with pre-approval. If you are interested in using your health insurance please provide the following information when you call and we'll be happy to verify it for you with 24 hours advance notice:

• Insurance company and phone number
• Subscriber name and social security number
• Patient name and social security number if different from subscriber
• Date of birth
• ID or group number
• A phone number where we can reach you
